Staff

There are 3 categories of staff available in this game, doctors, consultants and "others".

Doctors are specialized into two groups, mental and physical. The player’s morale is mental for example, while a real injury of a player is physical. The Physiotherapist helps to lower the injury rate and he helps injured players heal faster. The Psychologist helps to gain morale.

The consultants are available as Public Relations manager and as Scout. The PR helps you to raise your image, and as the fans are more attracted to your team the attendance rises as well. Also the morale of players from the away team is lowered due to the cheering fans throwing them off their game. In addition to raising the public awareness of your team, the PR manager also negotiates with your sponsors for more revenue.

The Scouting Department has several job functions as well. They help to find new youngsters, and as such the more you pay for weekly scouting the better quality of youth he will find. On the draft they help you to sort out the available players. The quantity of Scout report from players of other clubs or free agents is also higher. The quality of the reports rises too with higher scout levels. If a player is near hitting the cap for speed, strength or agility the level of the scouts determines how early the club owner gets a warning sign inside the player details. The same is valid for Caps on skills due limited Talent. On scout reports of players you don't own there is an unsharpness, described in Scout report. The quality of player details in the Transfer market is affected by he Scout-level too.

The Facility Manager takes care about your Stadiums Condition if you hire level 20. This will result in an immediate repair of all damages caused during the game - that way your Stadiums Condition will stay at 100% automatically. The costs for the repair itself are the same as without the Facility Manager. Be careful, the One time fee for the repair itself is charged on each homegame that influences the Stadiums Condition. There are only two levels of the Facility Manager available (1 and 20). 1 means no automatic repair.
