Physical condition

Physical condition is one of the most important stats in the game. It reflects the player’s ability to perform based on fatigue and endurance, and as such affects every aspect of game play. Players can gain physical condition through training by selecting it as their fitness regimen. Conversely they lose it by playing in matches - both the Friday friendly and all competition matches. Naturally, players try harder when the game counts so this effect is much higher in regular matches. Based on the players age, he will get hit harder if player aged 30 years or more - the hit gets higher the older a player gets. There is no loss of physical condition in friendlies except during the Friday matches.

When playing MOTY (Match of the Year) the permanent hit on physical condition is much higher than you could gain by training, no matter which facilities you are using and what the level of your staff is. Be careful!
